Agreement

By using ReConCel you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs your licence to use the app. If these terms and Apple's EULA conflict, Apple's EULA applies.

Using the app

ReConCel is for personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for the chat exports you import and for having the right to use them. Please respect the privacy of the people in your chats.

Accuracy

Dates are found automatically from chat messages and can be wrong or missing. Please check important dates before relying on them. You can correct any date in the app.

Updates

To keep everyone on a working version, the app may ask you to update, and older versions may stop working a few days after a new version is released, or immediately for a major new version. Your data stays on your device when you update.

Your data

Everything you import stays on your device. How it is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. We cannot recover data that is lost when the app is deleted.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for missed reminders, incorrect dates, or any loss arising from use of the app, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

These terms may be updated with a new version of the app; the date above will change when they do.
